Pedestrian Attention is an exploration of seeing as a form of care. Set within the everyday flow of urban movement, the project uses a gaze-trained machine learning model to trace how attention is distributed, withheld, or unconsciously directed while navigating public space.

By translating collective patterns of looking into visual outputs, the project exposes the invisible hierarchies embedded in everyday navigation: moments of care, threat, distraction, and neglect. the project reframes attention as an ethical and political force, questioning how technology mediates awareness, and how design might recalibrate our relationship to others sharing the same space.
